Current Opening: Credit Control Assistant
-Dubai | Finance & Collections
-Debt recovery, account analysis, payment coordination.
- Assist the credit control team in monitoring outstanding accounts and ensuring timely collection of payments from clients.
- Contact customers via phone and email to follow up on overdue invoices and resolve billing queries professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of communications, payment arrangements, and account status updates in the system.
- Support the preparation of aging reports, reconciliations, and other credit-related documentation.
- Work closely with the finance team to escalate long-overdue accounts and contribute to improving cash flow performance.
