Job Summary To support the Credit controller and Credit Control manager in carrying out entrusted task of receivables management activities efficiently and effectively. You will be entrusted by the credit control manager to support streamline the receivables function in order to have the most efficient, simple and convenient processes which will support on timely collection of dues. As well , to provide relevant information that helps to review and update company policy with regard to debt collection.
This role demands exposure to highly sensitive & confidential information of the organization that requires considerable use of data monitoring, judgement and considerable data control.
To work with the Credit Controller / Credit Control Manager / BUFM to ensure best financial practices are followed and overdue' s are maintained within limit.
To help assess financial risks and ensure the same is eliminated in the best possible way.
What you will do
Support Credit Control Manager to review current process of the department and suggest the optimal process which will enable the organization to submit invoicing on time & will also help collect cash on time.
Prepare, review and provide MIS reports on receivables by division / customer. Provide necessary insights that helps Credit control manager to Identify areas of concern.
Work with Credit control department on mitigating risks.
Prepare and report key performance indicators for each division and regularly review the same with the credit control manager and Business Unit Finance Manager.
Closely liaise with Finance Shared Services on debtor reports, accounting and receivables monitoring.
Timely review of the customer outstanding and work with the credit control manager to devise payment plans for the customers where necessary.
Month-end provision of rebate accruals & AR provisioning.

About the Team The Credit Controller assistant for Global Aftersales Automotive in Dubai will be reporting to the Business Unit Credit Controller. What equips you for the role The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Commerce or Diploma in Accounting Financial Management. You will have a minimum of 3 years' experience with specific experience in receivables management of a large company and prior experience of working with Parts Dealers business is an added advantage.
