We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Credit Manager to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing credit risk, overseeing accounts receivable, and ensuring compliance with credit policies and regulations.

Lead and manage the accounts receivable team, fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented environment Develop and implement credit policies and procedures to minimize financial risk Analyze credit applications and financial statements to determine creditworthiness of clients Establish credit limits and terms for new and existing customers Monitor customer accounts and initiate collection processes for overdue payments Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing inquiries and disputes Prepare and present regular reports on credit performance and risk exposure Continuously analyze and improve the effectiveness of billing processes and accuracy Ensure compliance with local and international credit laws and regulations Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and financial institutions

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit management or a similar role Strong financial analysis skills and proficiency in credit risk assessment In-depth knowledge of credit laws, regulations, and best practices Proven experience in accounts receivable management and collections Excellent leadership and team management abilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach Proficiency in financial software and credit management systems Experience with hotel operating systems is a plus Outstanding communication and negotiation skills * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
