The Role

Position Title:

Credit Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 20K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A global Petrochemical Group of Companies that trades and manufactures a wide array of paints and coating products. : o Establish and periodically review credit limits for customers based on their financial health. Ensure credit limits align with the coverage provided by the credit insurance policy. o Administer the credit insurance policy, ensuring compliance with insurer requirements (e.g., reporting customer data, obtaining credit limit approvals). File claims for customer defaults and liaise with the insurer to recover losses. o Provide management with detailed reports on accounts receivable, credit risk exposure, cash inflow and insurance claim status. o Develop and maintain credit policies that integrate the credit insurance policy and support the company's financial goals.



Requirements

40 years old and below o Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field o At least 8 years of experience in credit risk management, credit assessment, limit setting, collections, and credit insurance handling within B2B environments. o Skilled in financial analysis, interpreting financial data, managing AR reporting, and coordinating with insurers to mitigate financial risk.
