Job Description

Lead the credit management function to minimize financial risk and optimize working capital through effective customer credit evaluation, collections management, and accounts receivable oversight. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement credit policies, procedures, and risk assessment frameworks

Lead credit analysis and establish credit limits for customers

Oversee accounts receivable portfolio and collections processes

Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams on credit-related matters

Generate and analyze credit performance reports and KPIs

Resolve complex customer credit issues and disputes Required Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field Experience

7+ years of credit management experience

Healthcare/pharmaceutical industry experience preferred Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

Advanced financial analysis and risk assessment

Expert knowledge of credit management systems

Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

Understanding of relevant regulations and compliance requirements Leadership Skills

Strategic thinking and decision-making

Stakeholder relationship management

Problem-solving and negotiation Working Conditions
