Job Summary
We are building a B2B commerce platform that will transform how SMEs in the UAE buy, sell, and grow. Think Amazon/Noon for businesses-a verified, trusted digital marketplace where companies can find reliable suppliers, purchase in bulk, access trade credit, and manage procurement seamlessly.
As the Founding Product Manager, you will lead the vision, development, and launch of our core marketplace platform. This is a rare opportunity to shape a high-impact product at day zero-working closely with engineering, design, data, operations, and a leading UAE bank that brings a ready network of verified businesse
What You'll Build -

• A scalable multi-vendor B2B marketplace with buyer and seller portals

• A robust catalog and pricing engine that supports bulk pricing, MOQ, and real-time inventory

• Seamless order-to-cash workflows for B2B: quotes, invoices, approvals, POs

• Integrated credit and payment features (buy now pay later, credit scoring, settlement)

• Tools for logistics orchestration (delivery status, returns, SLA tracking)

• Rich analytics and dashboards for both buyers and sellers

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision & roadmap from MVP to scale, aligned with user needs and business priorities
• Translate business workflows (procurement, credit, onboarding) into intuitive digital experiences
• Work hands-on with designers and developers to ship quickly and iterate often
• Use customer discovery, usage data, and seller feedback to drive product-market fit
• Collaborate with the bank and partners to embed credit, compliance, and verification features into the platform
• Ensure marketplace integrity by designing systems for quality control, reviews, disputes, etc.
• Set up product processes, metrics, and feedback loops from scratch.

Skills and Experience

• 5+ years in product management, ideally in marketplaces, B2B platforms, eCommerce, or fintech

• Experience launching platforms from 0 to 1-from discovery through MVP and scale

• Strong user-centric mindset with ability to balance business logic with UX

• Bonus if you've worked with payments, lending, or procurement workflows

• Deep interest in solving real-world SME problems-from trust to logistics to finance

• Experience working in or building for the UAE or MENA region is a plus
