We are looking for
female candidates
to join our team asCustomer Care Executives
. This role requiresstrong communication, negotiation, and sales skills
. You will act as the liaison betweencustomers and banks
to help resolve theirbank liabilities
,negotiate settlements
, andoffer debt management solutions
.Responsibilities:
Speak with customers to understand their financial situation Contact and
negotiate with banks
on behalf of customers for liability settlements or restructuring Prepare and submit financial documentation to banks Explain ourdebt management services
to potential clientsConvert leads into sales
and onboard clients Follow up regularly with clients and banks for status updates Maintain records and case status in CRMRequirements:
Female candidate, currently based in UAE Strong communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus) Basic understanding of
banking products and liabilities
(credit cards, loans, etc.) Previous experience incustomer service, collections, sales
, ordebt management
preferred Confident, responsible, and able to work independently Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalismWhat We Offer:
