We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused

Credit Card Consultant

to join our financial services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting credit card products, guiding customers through the application process, and providing expert advice on selecting the best credit card to suit their financial needs. You will play a critical role in building customer relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell a variety of credit card products to individual customers Identify customer needs and recommend suitable credit card options Guide customers through the application and approval process Explain credit card features, fees, benefits, interest rates, and terms Maintain updated knowledge of product offerings, promotions, and compliance policies Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets Build and maintain long-term customer relationships Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant financial regulations and company policies Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, or events when required

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred) Previous experience in financial services, retail banking, or credit card sales is a plus Strong interpersonal and communication skills Customer-oriented with a proactive attitude Ability to understand and explain complex financial products Sales-driven with a focus on achieving targets Familiarity with banking regulations and KYC/AML compliance is an advantage

Working Conditions:

Office, retail outlet, or field-based (depending on company structure) May involve weekend or evening shifts during promotional events Performance-based incentives and bonuses
