Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell

credit card products

from top UAE banking partners Source and qualify leads through

field sales, cold calling, and referrals

Understand client needs to provide

customized credit card solutions

Meet and exceed

monthly KPIs and sales targets

Build and manage a strong portfolio of clients Stay updated with

UAE Central Bank regulations

, product updates, and market trends Maintain accurate customer records using CRM tools

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 1 year

of experience in

credit card sales or retail banking

(UAE or home country) Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills Ability to thrive in a

target-oriented, high-energy environment

Must be currently

residing in the UAE

and available to join immediately Familiarity with

DSA models, banking compliance

, and documentation processes preferred
