Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell
credit card products
to new customers through direct and referral channels
Meet or exceed
monthly sales targets
and KPIs
Build strong customer relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery
Understand customer needs and provide suitable product solutions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
Stay updated with the latest product knowledge, features, and compliance requirements
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in
credit card or financial product sales
(UAE banking experience preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented personality
Excellent selling skills and the ability to work under pressure
Currently based in
Dubai
and available for
immediate joining
