Designation - Creative Lead Job Location - Dubai Industry - Ecommerce Industry Experience will be preferred Language - Native ARABIC Must ( Only those who can speak Native Arabic will be considered ) Job Overview To assume responsibility for the conceptualization and implementation of design solutions as directed by the Creative Director. Leverage creative flair, industry understanding and strong project management skills to deliver on the businesses demanding design requirements. Reporting to Creative Director Responsibilities

• Ensure that our brand remains cutting edge, positions us ahead of our competition and adheres to our internal best practice standards.

• Support the Creative Director to ensure that the brand is consistent, optimal and current on both the website and across all marketing channels.

• Work from internal briefs to help generate ideas/concepts and apply strong design style to produce effective onsite and offsite campaigns in line with company objectives.

• Generate and implement creative concepts for approval based on design experience and thorough research of materials.

• Leverage industry and design experience to created designs, concepts and simple layouts. * Take ownership and responsibility for the quality and brand alignment of all design projects.

• Prepare final layouts by marking and pasting up finished copy and art. * Always ensure that individual creative outputs are in line with brand standards and to protect the integrity of the brand. Key Performance Indicators

• Quality and innovation of assigned design projects

• Timeliness of completion of assigned design projects and adherence to deadlines

• Levels of engagement and interaction with team members for completion of projects.

• Timeliness, accuracy and quality of delivery of graphic content across all assigned projects * Awareness of individual and team objectives and relative performance

• Understanding and awareness of e-commerce trends and industry developments in relation to creative/design. * In depth knowledge on adobe software

Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to AED20,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
