Position Title: Head of HR
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus family medical insurance, and cellular card
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
About the Client:
A well-resourced and technology driven agribusiness investment organization based in Abu Dhabi, supplying the fresh produce to major markets of UAE. :

• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Manage the recruitment and selection and onboarding process ensuring legal compliance
• Support current and future business needs through HRMS Implementation , and the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization to nurture a positive working environment
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance while working on maintenance of pay plan and benefits program
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs Requirements

Qualifications:

• 55 years old and below
• Master Degree in Human Resources or related field
• At least 3 years' experience as Head of HR from Heavy Manufacturing /Retail / Construction / FMCG Manufacturing / Agriculture
• Handling 500+ employees
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
