No Beginners - Creative Graphic Designer with Own Ideas - Full-Time | Dubai

, where we're building a powerful creative and operational team to support our next level of growth. Our focus: innovative lifestyle products, bold branding, and smart design.

We are not looking for basic execution or recycled templates - we need a

truly creative designer

who brings their own ideas, works independently, and wants to be part of something long-term.

What You'll Do:

Design & Branding:

Develop and maintain a strong and consistent brand identity across platforms Create high-impact marketing materials: brochures, flyers, product packaging, social media posts, banners, presentations Design visuals that stand out - for both print and digital campaigns

Creative Ownership:

Contribute your own ideas - we value creative input, not just task execution Collaborate with marketing and product teams to shape our visual presence Work proactively on concepts that push the brand forward

Content Creation:

Design newsletters, email templates, and product visuals Retouch and edit images for campaigns Bonus: basic motion graphics or video editing skills are a plus

Project Handling:

Coordinate with teams to understand creative needs Deliver multiple design projects simultaneously - quickly and with precision

Your Profile:

At least 2 years of hands-on experience

as a Graphic Designer Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign - After Effects a plus) Strong portfolio showcasing your own creative work (not just templates) Good eye for layout, fonts, composition, and visual consistency

Fluent English is required - German is a strong advantage
