Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Documentation:
Design and structure articles for the Technical department, incorporating graphical elements such as charts, infographics, and other visuals to enhance readability and engagement. Ensure that content is informative, well-organized, and aligned with the company's objectives.
Revise content based on feedback from stakeholders, including management and other departments. Ensure accuracy and adherence to guidelines in all revisions.
In addition to creating new content, translate and adapt existing materials, such as articles and promotional posts, into Arabic or vice versa, ensuring consistency in messaging and tone.
Social Media Content & Engagement:
Develop creative and engaging social media posts, including but not limited to hiring announcements, event-related posts, and greetings. Modify posts to meet brand guidelines while engaging target audiences.
Schedule, update, and manage social media posts across platforms. Ensure timely posting and maintain an up-to-date presence with consistent content that reflects company activities and industry news.
Regularly repost relevant content, such as videos and blog posts, to increase visibility and engagement. Track post-performance and adjust as needed to improve engagement metrics.
Graphic Design & Visual Content Creation:
Create visually compelling graphics and layouts for use across print, web, and social media. This includes designing promotional materials, infographics, brochures, banners, and digital assets for various campaigns and projects.
Ensure that all designs adhere to the company's brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in colors, typography, and overall design style. This includes applying consistent themes across all digital and print media.
Design presentations and reports that visually communicate complex ideas, ensuring that information is both clear and aesthetically pleasing includes creating charts, graphs, and infographics to support textual content.
