Creative Designer with strong 3D design skills

We are seeking a talented and visionary

Creative Designer with strong 3D design skills

and a deep understanding of the

Gulf region's cultural and event landscape

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, visualizing, and developing creative design solutions for large-scale events, exhibitions, and activations, with a focus on local aesthetics, cultural sensitivity, and innovative spatial storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and create

event layouts, stage designs, installations

, and

3D visualizations

in line with project briefs. Design

experiential environments

for cultural, corporate, governmental, and luxury events, especially within the UAE and Gulf region. Translate creative ideas into detailed

3D renders

, mood boards, and

technical drawings

. Collaborate with production, fabrication, and technical teams to ensure feasibility and execution of designs. Stay updated with

Gulf region design trends, materials, and cultural elements

to ensure relevance and impact. Participate in client presentations and internal brainstorming sessions. Adapt design concepts for various formats including digital, print, and immersive spaces (e.g. holograms, AR/VR). Work on tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of creativity and detail.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in

Interior Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or related field

.

3+ years

of experience in creative design, preferably in the events or exhibitions industry. Strong portfolio showcasing

3D event designs

and creative spatial solutions. Proficiency in

3D software

such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Cinema 4D, Blender, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience in

AutoCAD or Vectorworks

is a plus. Strong understanding of

local culture, aesthetics, and audience expectations

in the GCC region. Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills. Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Preferred Qualities:

Culturally aware, especially with GCC traditions and event formats. Proactive, innovative, and detail-oriented. Able to think both creatively and practically. Passionate about storytelling through design.
