POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a creative and talented Interior Designer with strong conceptual design skills and 3D visualization expertise. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing design concepts, creating mood boards, producing photorealistic 3D renders, and supporting our projects from concept to completion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Concept Development & Design:

Develop creative interior design concepts aligned with client requirements and brand identity Create compelling mood boards and material palettes Prepare design presentations that effectively communicate design intent Research and incorporate current design trends and innovative solutions Develop space planning layouts and furniture arrangements Select finishes, materials, furniture, fixtures, and decorative elements

3D Visualization & Technical Documentation:

Produce high-quality 3D renderings and photorealistic visualizations Create detailed 3D models for joinery, fit-out, and interior spaces Develop realistic material and lighting representations Generate multiple design options and iterations Prepare FFE (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) schedules Assist in preparing technical drawings and specifications

Client & Project Coordination:

Meet with clients to understand project requirements and design preferences Present design concepts and mood boards to clients and stakeholders Incorporate client feedback and refine designs accordingly Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for seamless execution Source and specify materials, finishes, and furnishings Conduct site visits to ensure design intent is properly implemented

Design Documentation:

Prepare comprehensive design packages including mood boards, renders, and material specifications Create detailed joinery and custom furniture design details Maintain organized project files and design libraries Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for FF&E items Support technical team with design-related documentation

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field Diploma in Interior Design with strong portfolio considered

Experience:

1-3 years of professional experience

in interior design

specifically in the UAE

Proven experience in joinery, fit-out, or design & build projects Portfolio demonstrating concept design, mood boards, and 3D visualization work Experience with residential, commercial, retail, or hospitality projects preferred

Technical Skills (MANDATORY):

Expert proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software:

3ds Max, SketchUp, or Rhino V-Ray, Corona Renderer, or Lumion

Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite:

Photoshop (essential for mood boards and post-production) Illustrator, InDesign

AutoCAD or similar CAD software

for technical drawings Knowledge of Revit or BIM software is an advantage Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Design Skills:

Strong conceptual and creative thinking abilities Excellent understanding of color theory, materials, and finishes Knowledge of joinery details and fit-out construction methods Understanding of UAE building codes and design standards Ability to create cohesive design narratives through mood boards Strong space planning and furniture layout skills

Personal Attributes:

Excellent visual communication and presentation skills Creative problem-solving abilities Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Team player with excellent interpersonal skills Proficient in English & Hindi

UAE Driving License is an Advantage
