Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Designer & Social Media Video Editor to join our team. This role involves developing branding, packaging, social media content, video edits, and presentations for campaigns and client projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in brand identity, social media design, packaging, print production, and video editing. Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential to ensure that all creative outputs are culturally relevant and impactful.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Design & Video Editing

• Create engaging static and video content for social media feeds, campaigns, and paid ads.
• Edit short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and event coverage.
• Design digital assets such as website banners, emailers, and promotional visuals.
• Produce motion graphics, basic animations, and product highlight videos.

2. Branding & Identity

• Design logos and full brand identity systems for in-house and client brands.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Prepare brand profiles and presentation decks for campaigns, launches, and pitches.

3. Packaging & Print Design

• Design packaging materials such as boxes, sleeves, gift sets, and marketing collaterals.
• Apply accurate technical specifications for print production.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure high-quality and error-free outputs.

4. Presentations & Marketing Collaterals

• Develop visually compelling presentations for marketing, PR, campaigns, and training.
• Ensure consistent brand language across all visual and print materials.
• Prepare pitch decks, campaign profiles, and client presentation materials.

5. Collaboration & Production Support

• Prepare final artworks for print and digital delivery.
• Build strong understanding of production processes, materials, and techniques.
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and the marketing team to support campaign goals.
