Responsibilities
1.Design And Conceptualization: Develop Visually Engaging Designs, Layouts And Illustrations For Offset Printing And Packaging. Translate Creative Briefs Into Innovative Design Concepts That Align With The Client Defined Brand Identity.
2.Brand Consistency: Ensure All Designs Are Consistent With The Client's Branding Guidelines And Objectives. Adapt And Modify Existing Designs To Suit Diverse Marketing Needs.
3.Collaboration And Communication: Work Closely With Sales, Design Center, Prepress And Post Press Team To Deliver Unique Designs In A Timely Manner. Present Design Concepts And Incorporate Client's Feedback Effectively.
4.Content Creation: Design Creative And Striking Content For Clients To Add Value In Their Product Packaging. Create Compelling Graphics, Infographics, And Presentations That Communicate Key Messages.
5.Innovation And Trends: Stay Updated With The Latest Design Tools, Trends And Technologies. Introduce Fresh Design Ideas To Elevate The Client Brand's Visual Storytelling.
6.Project Management: Manage Multiple Projects With Tight Deadlines While Maintaining Quality And Creativity. Prioritize Tasks And Meet Timelines Effectively.
Requirements:
1.BS/BA/Diploma as basic education, Degree in Graphic Design or its equivalent, preferable Bachelor in Fine Arts.
2.3-5 Years' work experience in Advertising or production house, graphic designs and illustrations and similar capacity (in a local or international firm).
3.Application / Hands on in Graphic applications - latest version, Esko Viewer & Esko 3D Viewer
4.Understanding of Pre-press software will be preferred, Plato, ESKO & Art Pro
5.Knowledge in Structural Design, Photography and Video Editing shall be added advantage.
6.Excellent English communication skills
