Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Creative Designer. This role requires a strong understanding of current digital marketing trends, and the ability to translate complex information into compelling visual content. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of digital marketing asset creation, from concept to execution and analysis.

Responsibilities:

Content and Visual Creation: Design and produce high-quality marketing materials including:
i. Brochures, flyers, and other print collateral

ii. Digital advertisements (static and animated)

iii. Website banners and graphics

iv. Email marketing templates (HTML experience highly desirable)

v. Social media graphics and videos

vi. Landing page designs

Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines, and proactively communicating progress.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital design Creative Portfolio Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.). Knowledge of landing page builders (e.g., Canva, Unbounce, Leadpages) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Brevo, Mailchimp, Constant Contact), including automation features. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, layout, and user experience (UX) best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality work.
