CONTENT CREATOR (PHOTOGRAPGHER & VIDEOGRAPHER)

My client is a growing and successful F&B Business, and is looking for a Content Creator (Videographer & Photographer) to join its team in Sharjah.

SALARY: AED 10,000- 13,000 + Benefits

LOCATION: Sharjah

Monday- Saturday

Responsibilities

• Photography and Videography: Create high-quality images and videos of food and beverage products, dishes, drinks, and culinary processes. This includes capturing appealing angles, lighting, and composition to showcase the food in the most enticing way.

• Conceptualization: Collaborate with clients, chefs, and marketing teams to develop creative concepts and visual ideas that align with the brand\'s image and objectives. This may involve brainstorming ideas for photoshoots, video campaigns, or social media content.

• Styling: Arrange and style food and beverage items, plates, and props to create aesthetically pleasing and appetizing visuals. Attention to detail in plating and presentation is essential.

• Equipment Management: Maintain and operate professional photography and videography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, tripods, and editing software. Ensure equipment is in good working condition.

• Post-Production: Edit and retouch photos and videos to enhance their visual appeal. Adjust color balance, contrast, and sharpness to achieve the desired look. Add text overlays or graphics when necessary.

• Content Planning: Develop content calendars and shooting schedules to ensure a consistent flow of fresh and engaging content. Coordinate with clients and marketing teams to meet project deadlines.

• Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in food photography, videography, and social media marketing. Incorporate these trends into content to keep it relevant and attractive to the target audience.

• Storytelling: Use visual storytelling techniques to convey the story and essence of the food and beverage brand, including its history, values, and unique selling points.

• Platform Optimization: Tailor content for specific platforms, understanding the requirements and best practices for each, whether it\'s Instagram, YouTube, a website, or a blog. Optimize content for SEO if applicable.

• Collaboration: Work closely with chefs, food stylists, art directors, and marketing teams to ensure the vision for the content is achieved. Effective communication and teamwork are essential.

Requirements

• Photography and Videography Skills: Proficiency in operating DSLR cameras, understanding of lighting techniques, and knowledge of video shooting and editing.

• Creativity: Ability to conceptualize and execute visually appealing ideas, staying innovative and adapting to trends.

• Attention to Detail: Precision in composition, styling, and editing to make the food and beverages look their best.

• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and other relevant editing tools.

• Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Communication: Effective communication skills to collaborate with teams and clients, understanding their needs and feedback.

• Culinary Knowledge: A basic understanding of food and beverage preparation, plating techniques, and industry trends is beneficial.

• Marketing Acumen: Understanding of marketing principles and the ability to create content that aligns with brand identity and objectives.

• Social Media Savvy: Familiarity with various social media platforms and their algorithms to optimize content for each.
