Job Description

We are seeking a highly talented and creative Content Creator to join our Real Estate Media Team on a part-time or contract basis. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing high-quality content through content shoots using a gimbal and iPhone. Additionally, you should have a strong background in film, scriptwriting, and direction to bring our vision to life. Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, plan, and execute content shoots using a gimbal and iPhone to create engaging and visually appealing videos
• Develop creative concepts, scripts, and storyboards for video content
• Direct and guide talent during shoots to achieve the desired results
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver content that aligns with the brand\'s objectives
• Edit videos using Final Cut Pro, ensuring seamless transitions, audio synchronization, and visual effects
• Utilize VN editor or Capcut to enhance the quality and aesthetics of the content
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in content creation and implement them to enhance the overall quality of our videos

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in content creation, including content shoots, film production, scriptwriting, and direction
• Proficiency in using a gimbal and iPhone for capturing high-quality video footage
• Strong knowledge of film techniques, storytelling, and visual aesthetics
• Expertise in video editing software, specifically Final Cut Pro
• Familiarity with VN editor or Capcut for enhancing video quality
• Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Portfolio showcasing previous work in content creation, film, and scriptwriting
