As Creative Business Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the creative vision and business strategy of the organization. You will be responsible for leading a dynamic team of creative and client servicing professionals, fostering collaboration, and developing innovative solutions that elevate our clients\xe2\x80\x99 events. This role requires a unique blend of creative thinking, strategic planning, and business acumen.

Job Role:

Provide visionary leadership for the creative team, inspiring and guiding them to develop groundbreaking experiential concepts.
Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, ensuring the continuous evolution of our creative capabilities.
Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy that aligns with the company\xe2\x80\x99s goals and market trends.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams to drive growth.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their objectives, brand identity, and event goals.
Lead client presentations, showcasing our portfolio and tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.
Oversee end-to-end project management, ensuring that creative concepts are executed flawlessly and delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications:
