About the Role

We are seeking a creative, energetic, and detail-oriented Female Creative Barista to join our team. This role focuses on preparing trendy, Instagram-worthy specialty beverages--from matcha creations to functional wellness drinks. No espresso-machine skills are required.
Your creativity, presentation skills, and ability to craft unique drinks will be the highlight of this position.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and present a variety of modern, innovative drinks (wellness drinks, infusions, matcha, cold beverages, etc.) Create and experiment with signature beverage recipes aligned with current trends Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized workstation Provide warm and friendly customer service to enhance the guest experience Support in menu development, seasonal beverages, and new product ideas Ensure adherence to quality, hygiene, and safety standards
Requirements

Previous experience in cafes specializing in trendy, creative, or wellness drinks Strong sense of creativity, presentation, and beverage styling Fast, organized, and reliable work ethic Female candidates only, as per business requirement Must be available to join immediately Good communication and customer-service skills
