Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain automatic coffee machines with precision and consistency to ensure high-quality beverage preparation.

• Prepare a wide range of coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks, specialty lattes, and seasonal offerings, following standardized recipes.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all equipment, workstations, and service areas in compliance with health and safety standards.

• Manage inventory of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other consumables, reporting low stock levels promptly.

• Engage with customers warmly and professionally, providing recommendations and resolving concerns with empathy and efficiency.

• Assist in daily opening and closing procedures, including equipment setup, cleaning, and cash handling.
