Job Overview:
The Creative Art Director will be the mastermind behind our visual storytelling, orchestrating the transformation of scripts into impactful visual content, be it through animation, corporate videos, or corporate communication visuals. Your role will be pivotal in defining and refining our creative vision across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Visual Strategy:

• Craft and define the visual narrative strategy for various projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and our brand ethos.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute impactful visuals that resonate with the target audience.

Project Oversight:

• Lead and mentor a team of artists and designers to produce top-tier content.
• Supervise the progression of projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality and consistency.

Team Engagement:

• Work hand in hand with animators, writers, and other creatives to breathe life into visual narratives.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery.

Continuous Learning & Innovation:

• Stay ahead of the curve with the latest trends in visual storytelling, animation, and corporate video production.
• Facilitate and participate in creative brainstorming sessions to continually elevate our offerings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Fine Arts, Animation, Film, or related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Creative Art Director, backed by a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools.
• Stellar collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a knack for innovation.
