Job Description


  • Country sales Manager-Sales is responsible for the marketing & sales of all products in UAE & Oman. All Sales Managers / Country sales head shall be directly reportees and staff under them are indirect reporting staff.
  • Development of territory, appointment of sales manager/ executive in the territory as required and monitoring their performance on monthly/ quarterly & yearly basis.
  • Working along with Marketing Manager for vendor registration with consultants and developers and with Govt. Authorities. Marketing Manager will functionally report to CSM and administratively to GM/ MD.
  • Team development and team management of sales department.
  • MIS reporting for the sales department on a weekly & monthly basis. Accounts receivable should be part of MIS reporting.
  • Meeting clients, consultants, contractors, project managers for the product approvals and order negotiations.
  • Continuous review of SOP for sales department and suggest/ make changes wherever improvement is necessitated.
  • Bad debts should be below 0.25% of total sales revenue. Coordinate with accounts department on regular basis.
  • Customer\'s Credit application forms updating on 6 monthly basis.
  • Achieve the Monthly/ Yearly Sales Target as per company\'s budgets.
  • Develop at least one (1) new customer every month and maintain/ improve sales with existing customers.
  • Ensure that SE\'s coordinate with customer on regular basis for delivery schedule based on the schedule given by production team. Contact the customers to get feedback about servicing.
  • Upgrading technically about new developments in the industry related to the company\'s products and to be well versed with the competition and their products and suggest additions to current portfolio which will strengthen project sales. Provide timely report of the same to the management and to the Technical Department.
  • Assisting technical department in terms of providing the required information from the market/competition etc. for development of new product.
  • Maintain customer complaint form and provide feedback to technical dept, QC dept. & production dept within a day of receiving complaint.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of all customers in excel.
  • Timely Collection of Payments as per the agreed payment terms.
  • Follow up for the Registration of Products, Technical submittal, Follow up for the contracts and renewing the same and keep a track of the same.
  • Any other responsibilities as assigned by company management from time to time.
Minimum Criteria
  • Must have Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering
  • 12+ years of experience managing sales within HVAC component business segment
