Job's scale
- This position should establish and manage the IT function / department on the country level to support both M&S and E&P entities.
- The scope of the IT department will span IT operations, infrastructure, telecommunications, workstations, user support and merged function applications part of business digital transformation plan in alignment with company group strategy bearing in mind that the efficiency of IT services is facilitated by the physical proximity of the entities, and that its key purpose is to pool support business stakeholders and local contracts as a business enabler to maintain the business continuity.
- This position manages all employees in the IT department and is responsible for recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance along with setting KPIs (M&S and E&P).
- This position manages IT department annual and long-term budgets (CapEx and OpEx) along with IT spends to ensure cost effectiveness.
- This Position should oversee, direct and manage any IT relevant projects on the local, zone and group levels for both M&S and E&P.
