NTS Group are working with a leading global company in the medical devices field, to recruit a Country Manager based in KSA. The country manager will be responsible for leading the sales, marketing and supporting functions in the Kingdom and will oversee the creation of new process\'s to drive revenue. They will also provide strategic direction and effective management in order with the companies projections and visions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with senior management in the company to develop the overall strategy, planning and implementation of process\'s.
- Collaborate closely with the rest of the region.
- Work closely with the finance and marketing functions and establish a results driven work culture.
- Overall representation of the company in KSA.
- Legal and fiscal responsibilities and being the representative of the company on legal/statutory issues.
- Compliance with accounting practices, sales and marketing functions.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
- Bachelors degree within a relevant field (Pharma/Biotech/Medical Device)
- Previous experience in managing large teams.
- Cross functional experience (Marketing/Sales/Finance/HR)
