The Country Manager will lead all Sales and Operations efforts in KSA. The key responsibilities include developing and steering the business growth in the territory, building up the local team, identifying growth opportunities based on market expertise and local network, and driving operational excellence by implementing effective structures and processes. Job Responsibilities:
Lead and drive the territory towards high revenue growth, overseeing all aspects from sales to logistics excellence, and creating best in class customer success practices.
Provide overall strategic direction by developing and recommending appropriate strategies and policies and then ensuring their successful implementation in line with overall business policies and country legislation.
Own the top and bottom line of the business.
Act as the custodian of the brand, delivering exceptional standards of service at all times across the market.
Formulate short term and long term business plans for the territory in line with the brand business plans
Setup relevant operations processes to ensure target achievement, customer satisfaction and business growth
Overall responsibility for territory’s working capital and financial statements.
Develop and track sales performance and metrics to ensure business plans are met.
Lead new tenders, provide technical expertise, coordinate with concerned departments to deliver customized value proposition addressing customer needs.
Work closely with the product team to provide market intelligence and suggest improvements and efficiencies
Plan and oversee the hiring and training of new team members, attracting the best talent, and develop a team of growth and goals- driven people
Create and maintain a motivational climate, which promotes engaged team members constructive working relationships.
Ensure compliance to the local regulations and also to company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
Minimum Graduate or equivalent, preferred MBA or equivalent
Minimum 10 years’ experience in Logistics/ecommerce companies.
Must have led sales function in high growth companies
Must have held P&L head role for at least two years
