: The Country Head of Sales and Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing the sales and marketing strategy for SBC Express Cargo in the UAE. They will lead the sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets, increase market share, and drive customer acquisition and retention. Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing plan that aligns with company goals and objectives.
- Identify market trends and opportunities to drive growth and increase revenue.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Lead and motivate the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage the sales and marketing budgets to maximize ROI and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master\'s degree preferred.
- 7+ years of UAE experience in sales and marketing leadership roles.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of UAE market trends, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Fluent in English.
