Husaak is the leading Adventure Tour Operator in Arabia. The business starts as a one stop stop in Oman in 2013 and now operates adventure experiences in Oman, Saudi Arabia and UAE serving over 40,000 customers per year. The Head of Sales & Marketing is looking for an experienced marketing professional to join the business in Oman. The Sales & Marketing Manager, Oman will be based at the Head Office in Muscat, managing all sales and marketing activity in country. The Sales & Marketing Manager will have 2 direct reports, a Sales and Marketing Assistant and a Content Creator/ Graphic Designer. Key responsibilities: Create sales plans and marketing strategies to promote Husaak\'s upcoming trips, tours, activities with Oman
Implement the plans and report on progress to Head of Sales & Marketing
Monitor, evaluate and report Oman sales to Head of Sales & Marketing. Provide monthly forecasts.
Outline the Social Media Strategy for Oman
Penetrate the local market by engaging with key stakeholders such as DMC\'s, local hotels, Ministry of heritage and Tourism, corporate clients and NGO\xe2\x80\x99s
Increase the number of visitors from international markets by working with OTA\xe2\x80\x99s and third party sales channels
Work with the Ops Team to create and plan new products
Ensure the Oman section of the website is up to date with products and services
Oversee the design and publication of advertising materials to ensure the message is passed to the target audience
Deliver exceptional customer service and handle complains, leading by example
Attending sales meetings with SMEs and clients to review prospective projects Please do not apply unless you have; - A high level of English
- 2+ years experience as a Sales & Marketing Manager
- Proven success in managing sales and marketing strategies
- Good sales acumen with experience in handling customer inquires and closing sales
- Work well under pressure
- Posses a strong work ethic and are prepared to be flexible with your time, working weekends and nights on occasion when it suits the business needs
- This is an office based role but in some instances you may be required to go along and support the operations team in the field. This could he helping for a 1 day team building on Oman or a week long program in Saudi Salary: 750 OMR per month
OTE: 900 OMR per month This position does not come with any allowances or housing but business related travel expenses will be reimbursed. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RO750.000 per month Education:
