Age Requirement : 30 - 50 years old

Minimum Education : Degree

Years of Experience : Minimum of 10 years experience in Finance management.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The incumbent shall provide necessary assistance and liaison with Country Controller in all matter relating to daily operational, management, and business development activities including but not limited:

Tenders - Preparing analysis, discussion with GM/Operations Manager, preparing PNL, co-ordinating with operations in consolidation of tender documents and its submission. Review Accounting Manual and propose changes to Financial Controller, if any, to keep the manual up to date based on recent changes / developments. Review administrative overheads and administer cost control. Effective communication with customer, supplier and work place colleagues. Coordinate for intercompany reconciliation to be completed within one month of closing of monthly records. Budget - Collecting data and co-ordinating with operations in preparation of yearly budget. Coordinate with External auditors for timely completion of annual financial reports. Support Internal Auditor in carrying out internal audit and take corrective action on concerns raised. Analysis - Providing financial analysis/implications on costs, revenue, etc., providing statistical data on revenue, costs, etc. Review Trial Balance on monthly basis and ensure ALL accounts are accurate and up to date. Ensure that proper approvals are obtained as per the delegation of authority chart for all documents. Carry out physical verification of ALL company assets (Fixed Asset as well as Inventory) across ALL locations related to business unit.
