Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers politely and take food and beverage orders.
Process orders accurately through the POS (Point of Sale) system.
Handle cash, card, or digital payments and issue receipts.
Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter and dining area.
Assist in packaging take-away and delivery orders.
Provide menu information and suggest items to customers when needed.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
Restock counter supplies and ensure proper inventory levels.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a restaurant, cafe, or fast-food outlet preferred.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Basic math and cash-handling ability.
Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
Team player with good multitasking and time management skills.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
