. As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth order processing, excellent customer service, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere at our outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist them with drop-offs and pickups.
Accurately
tag and document
incoming laundry items.
Provide information about
services, pricing, and delivery timelines
.
Handle
cash and card payments
using POS systems.
Address
customer inquiries and complaints professionally
.
Coordinate with the plant, drivers, and customer service teams to ensure timely processing.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter and work area.
Requirements:
Prior experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
Strong
communication skills in English
(knowledge of Arabic or Hindi is a plus).
Friendly, outgoing, and able to work in a
fast-paced environment

Basic
computer skills
for order management.
Willing to work flexible hours
, including weekends if required.
