Ensure to provide excellent quality service by responding politely and diligently to customer's orders, queries, concerns, complaints, requests and provide appropriate solution in line with the company policy and standard operating procedure.
Welcome and greet the customers with great enthusiasm upon entering and leaving the shop
Ensure to be knowledgeable with all the menu items to assist customers appropriately
Upsell by offering the flavor of the month or any available promotional offers
Offer items substitution for customers with allergies or other dietary restrictions as per our customized menu standard
Ensure to accurately take customer's orders and serve within the stipulated time
Ensure to arrange and clean the tables and chairs every after customer
Observe relevant health and safety standards
Be pro-active and check for customer's feedback for overall dine-in experience
Skills Required:
Ability to sell and up sell
Good English communication skills
Good customer service skills
Physical stamina-ability to stand for long hours
Knowledge of using cash register
