Job Summary: Looking for a Counter Sales Staff in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

Welcome customers and assist customers in finding products they need
Process sales transactions
Handle cash and credit card transactions and ensure that all sales are recorded accurately
Handle customer complaints and make sure all issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory way
Communicate with customers over the phone, email or in-person to answer their queries
Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Conduct any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

The suitable candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of related working experience
Excellent communication skills required
Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
Knowledge and use of cash register required
