Job Summary: Looking for a Counter Sales Staff in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

Provide product information, including prices, as well as specials, to help customers make informed purchase decisions
Accurately weigh, measure, and package products as per customers\' requirements
Process transactions using the cash register or electronic payment system, ensuring all sales are recorded correctly
Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance the customer\'s shopping experience
Respond to customer feedback and complaints professionally and escalate issues to the supervisor if necessary
Monitor product expiration dates and remove expired items from display to maintain freshness and quality
Assist in restocking products and participate in inventory management when required
Maintain a clean and organized counter area, ensuring products are neatly displayed and shelves are well-stocked
Undertake any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

The applicant must have proven work experience as a retail sales representative, sales associate, or similar role
Must have a strong understanding of the retail sales process
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and maintain a balanced cash register
Should be willing to work in a supermarket
Any gender can apply
