Job Key Details:
- Sale products to new and establish customer over the counter
- Attend to walk in customers and telephone as well as email inquiries
- Grow the customer base and review customer feedbacks on level of service delivery
- Handle inquiries concerning the company as well as products
- Promote sales and customer relations
- Carry out any other related tasks as may be required
- The applicant must have a sales or business related background
- At 1 to 2 years of experience in counter sales
- Must have good customer service skills with a positive attitude
- Should be able to communicate well at all levels
- Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills
- Ability to resolve all queries professionally
