Role Overview
We are seeking a
Counter Sales Assistant
to assist customers, manage sales transactions, and maintain the store's product display. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.Key Responsibilities
Assist customers at the counter and provide product information. Handle sales transactions accurately using POS or billing systems. Maintain neat and organized product displays. Track inventory and report low stock items. Coordinate with the store and warehouse for product availability. Ensure excellent customer service at all times.
Requirements
Previous experience in retail or counter sales preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge for billing and record keeping. Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
