We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented

Sales Assistant / Cashier

to join our team. In this role, you will handle customer assistance, manage cash transactions, and ensure smooth operations at the sales counter. Proficiency in English and Hindi is essential, as well as either a B.Com degree or relevant experience in accounting.

Key Responsibilities

:

Assist customers with product inquiries, provide recommendations, and create a welcoming shopping experience Process and record sales transactions accurately at the cashier counter, handling cash, card, and other payments Maintain an organized and clean store environment, including restocking and inventory management Address customer inquiries and resolve issues courteously and efficiently Support the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives Ensure accuracy in cash handling and report any discrepancies Keep track of inventory and stock, assisting with stock control as needed Provide excellent customer service to promote customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

Language

: Proficiency in English and Hindi

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or relevant experience in accounting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic math skills and experience with ERP systems preferred Customer-focused with the ability to handle queries and manage tasks efficiently Organized and detail-oriented, able to multitask effectively
