Job description:
Greet and assist walk-in customers at the counter, understanding their requirements.
Provide product knowledge, demonstrate features, and suggest suitable power tools and accessories.
Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and handle billing.
Maintain updated knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions.
Manage stock display, ensure cleanliness, and track inventory levels.
Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery team for timely product availability.
Handle basic after-sales support, complaints, and service queries.
Tagalog speaking female candidate required.
