Job Title: Counter Sales Agent - Rent a Car

We are looking for a customer-focused Counter Sales Agent to manage front-desk operations and handle daily customer interactions in our rent-a-car branch.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide professional assistance for car rentals. Handle booking inquiries, walk-in customers, and telephone/email reservations. Prepare rental agreements, check documents, and ensure compliance with company policies. Upsell additional services such as insurance, GPS, baby seats, etc. Coordinate with operations team for vehicle availability and delivery. Inspect vehicles during check-in and check-out and record damages (if any). Handle payments, deposits, invoices, and cash/credit transactions accurately. Maintain customer records and update the system with booking details. Resolve customer complaints and provide excellent customer service. Ensure the counter area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Rent-a-Car or Customer Service. Strong communication skills (English required; is a plus). Basic knowledge of car models and rental procedures. Computer literate (MS Office, rental management software). Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Presentable, customer-oriented, and professional attitude. Valid UAE Driving License (preferred but not mandatory).
