We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Counter Sales Advisor cum Coordinator to manage B2B store sales and coordinate seamlessly with internal departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that sales and logistical processes run smoothly.
???? Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with internal departments including Sales, Logistics, Product, Marketing, and Accounts to ensure seamless customer transactions.
Attend to walk-in customers, understand their needs, and provide appropriate product recommendations.
Provide quotations, order forms with stock availability, and generate Proforma Sales Invoices as needed.
Maintain detailed customer sales and stock reports.
Send monthly sales summaries and performance reports to customers.
Coordinate order fulfillment and delivery timelines with warehouse and logistics teams.
Follow up with customers regarding quotations, order confirmations, and deliveries.
Handle customer queries or complaints in a courteous and effective manner.
Monitor counter stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
Assist in sales reporting, billing entries, and maintaining up-to-date records in CRM or sales systems.
Support sales campaigns, promotional activities, and product launches at the counter.

Job Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales coordination or counter sales role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic ERP or invoicing tools. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of sales processes, billing, and inventory control.
