Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom with product inquiries and sales.
Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and technical specifications.
Coordinate with the logistics and sales teams for order processing, deliveries, and stock availability.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, customer databases, and documentation using Excel.
Ensure the showroom is well-maintained, and displays are up to date.
Follow up with customers post-sales to ensure satisfaction and handle any issues.
Support the branch team in achieving sales targets and smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in counter sales, preferably in a
building materials showroom
.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
and basic sales coordination tasks.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
Willingness to be posted anywhere across the UAE.
Immediate availability
is highly preferred.
Nationality:
Open to all nationalities. Candidates with prior UAE experience will be given preference.
