Key Responsibilities
Assist and advise customers on suitable building materials
Prepare quotations, invoices, sales and purchase orders
Handle payments and maintain accurate documentation
Source and procure materials from suppliers at competitive prices
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for stock and deliveries
Maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors
Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and market trends
Requirements
2-3 years' experience in counter sales and purchasing within the building materials sector
Strong knowledge of construction materials and suppliers
Excellent communication skills in
English and Hindi
(Arabic/Malayalam a plus)
Proficient in
MS Office and email correspondence
Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to handle pressure
