Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Cost Estimator

to prepare accurate quotations and cost analyses for signage, printing, fabrication, and advertising projects. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of production processes, materials, and pricing structures within the advertising and signage industry.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and pricing proposals for signage and advertising projects. Analyze project specifications, client requirements, and design files to determine accurate costs. Estimate materials, labor, fabrication, printing, installation, and outsourcing expenses. Coordinate with the production, sales, and design teams to ensure accurate scoping of work. Maintain updated price lists for materials, suppliers, and subcontractors. Review work orders and confirm that project estimates align with production capacity and timelines. Track project costs and provide reports to management as required. Assist in optimizing cost efficiency and profitability across projects.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cost Estimator in signage, advertising, or large-format printing. Strong understanding of materials, printing processes, fabrication, and installation. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP/estimating software is a plus. Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail. UAE experience preferred. Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
