Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates for projects, products, or services. The Cost Estimator will analyze project requirements, drawings, specifications, and other data to calculate material, labor, time, and financial requirements, ensuring competitive and profitable bids.
Key Responsibilities:
Review project plans, specifications, and related documents to prepare accurate estimates. Collect and analyze data on costs of labor, materials, equipment, and subcontracted services. Prepare and present cost reports, budgets, and forecasts. Develop detailed cost breakdowns for proposals and tenders. Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and suppliers to obtain necessary information. Evaluate risk factors, assumptions, and potential changes that may impact costs. Maintain a cost database for reference and benchmarking. Monitor actual project costs against estimates and provide variance analysis. Support project management and procurement teams with budgetary and financial data. Ensure compliance with company standards, contractual requirements, and industry best practices. Office-based with occasional site visits. May require extended hours to meet project deadlines.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
