Job Purpose:

As a

Cost Estimator

, you will support the project and production teams in estimating costs for materials, labor, and services, ensuring accurate quotations and helping maintain project profitability. This is an exciting opportunity to grow in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets for new and ongoing projects. Analyze project drawings, specifications, and requirements to determine accurate pricing. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotes and rates. Maintain an updated database of costs and pricing structures. Support the preparation of tender documents and cost proposals. Conduct site visits when required to understand project scope and requirements. Collaborate with project managers, designers, and procurement teams to ensure a competitive pricing. Track actual costs against estimates and assist in cost control reporting.

Other responsibilities as assigned by Manager or Department Head*

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in cost estimation, preferably in events, exhibitions, or construction/fit-out industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Knowledge of estimation software is a plus.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
