About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Cost Estimator

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, liaising with suppliers, and supporting our projects with precise financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately price items listed in the BOQ. Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain updated quotations. Estimate costs of materials, labor, and equipment. Prepare detailed cost tables and provide alternative recommendations. Coordinate with procurement and QS teams to ensure timely delivery of estimates. Assist in preparing tenders and financial reports for projects.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Cost Estimator. Strong knowledge of the UAE/local material market and pricing. Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation software. Strong negotiation and supplier management skills. High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. Must be in Dubai, UAE
