Designation: Cost Estimator - Female Our growing company is seeking to hire a Cost Estimator who will be in charge of providing detailed and budget estimate preparation for Interior Fit-out, Exhibition Stands and Joinery works to submit to clients and contractors. Education: Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Architecture, and or Estimation Experience: 3-5 years Level of Position: Mid management Job Responsibilities:

• Prepares cost estimates by analyzing proposals and requirements
• Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents
• Estimation of large prestigious high-end interior fit-out projects
• Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents
• Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements
• Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
• Presents a prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.
• Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
• Maintains cost database by entering and backing up data
• Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing technical publications
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Specific Knowledge:

• 3 years minimum experience
• Should have a minimum 3 years of Joinery experience, preferably with Architectural Degree or BSc in Interior Design or equivalent, and proficiency in the English language.
• Experience in material management
• Experience in managing and sourcing interior fit-out suppliers
• Good Knowledge of the Fit-out Suppliers & Sub Contractors in local market & Overseas
• Multi-task and ability to work with more than one project
• Effective communication skills and technically sound
• Strong technical mindset and able to read and interpret technical data

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: From AED6,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
